Spectators: 7811 (Terracing: 5860, Seating: 1796, VIP seats: 155) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mário Saldanha kicked off to start the match. Mário Saldanha charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mário Saldanha the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 2 played minutes Palmeira got a freekick which was hit by Mário Saldanha. 5 minutes into the match, Palmeira's Hudson Mattos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Xan Astiago narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 8th minute Frederico Negri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xan Astiago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 10 minutes, Diogo de Barros mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Final Death F.C. and the Palmeira players grew even worse after the yellow card. Diogo de Barros kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Palmeira's Marquinhos Gaspar tried to score from far away in the 10th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 12th minute Mário Saldanha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xan Astiago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ediberto Rossi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Délio Godoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ediberto Rossi made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Matheus Nascimento sent off a good shot on target. João Pedro Valladares thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Ediberto Rossi, a very annoying self made goal in the 19th minute which led to 1-0. In the 22nd minute, Délio Godoi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Final Death F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Xan Astiago made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mário Saldanha in the 26th minute of play. Xan Astiago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hudson Mattos in the 36th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Final Death F.C.'s Miguel Lucas got a free kick in the 43rd minute. When Marquinhos Gaspar came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Palmeira fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marquinhos Gaspar couldn't finish the play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Délio Godoi made the kick off in the second half. Matheus Nascimento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Ediberto Rossi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Arlindo Messias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 56 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Mário Saldanha sped through Final Death F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Xan Astiago. After 59 played minutes Palmeira got a freekick which was hit by Dorian de Souza. In the 63rd minute, Hudson Mattos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Délio Godoi in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ediberto Rossi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Délio Godoi, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 65 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Ediberto Rossi was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Xan Astiago stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hudson Mattos's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. A collision led to Final Death F.C. getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Abelardo Leal hit a great ball. Ediberto Rossi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Délio Godoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Hudson Mattos in the 76thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Xan Astiago, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With a little luck, Final Death F.C.'s Xan Astiago got control of the ball when Arlindo Messias tried to sneak it across the goal line. Matheus Nascimento might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ediberto Rossi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Matheus Nascimento ran back to his position shaking his head. Xan Astiago made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dorian de Souza in the 90th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Final Death F.C. had won after a very even match.
