In the 3rd minute, Sibéria FC's Edson Cavani ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alfredinho Ribeiro. Alfredinho Ribeiro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After 8 minutes of play, Sibéria FC's Edson Cavani made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alfredinho Ribeiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpected shot in the 11th minute by Edson Cavani got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vito de Moraes in the 15th minute of play forced Miranga EC's goalkeeper Alfredinho Ribeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miranga EC's Alfredinho Ribeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vito de Moraes in the 18th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Sibéria FC's Alfredinho Ribeiro threw himself towards the right post 20 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Luiz Gustavo Santos, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Alfredinho Ribeiro was a little too slow when Vito de Moraes got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 20th minute. The score was now 4-0. Alfredinho Ribeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edson Cavani in the 23rd minute of play. Alfredinho Ribeiro came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Sibéria FC's Vito de Moraes. But to his dismay, Vito de Moraes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. When Sibéria FC's Vito de Moraes in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Miranga EC's goalie prevented a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edson Cavani got free with Alfredinho Ribeiro in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vito de Moraes in the 33rd minute of play forced Miranga EC's goalkeeper Alfredinho Ribeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfredinho Ribeiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edson Cavani in the 34th minute. The supporters of Miranga EC booed when Sibéria FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Horácio Carvalho didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vito de Moraes got free with Alfredinho Ribeiro in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Miranga EC's Alfredinho Ribeiro got control of the ball when Vito de Moraes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alfredinho Ribeiro made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Edson Cavani sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vito de Moraes in the 46th minute of play forced Miranga EC's goalkeeper Alfredinho Ribeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edson Cavani could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Alfredinho Ribeiro made a huge save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

Edson Cavani struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Alfredinho Ribeiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sibéria FC. In the 55th minute, Horácio Carvalho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sibéria FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Alfredinho Ribeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edson Cavani in the 57th minute of the match. In the 58th match minute, Sibéria FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horácio Carvalho to maneuver through the defense. In the 61st minute, Vito de Moraes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 63rd minute Vito de Moraes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredinho Ribeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 67th minute, Luiz Gustavo Santos made a precise shot to the right of Alfredinho Ribeiro. Miranga EC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. 70 minutes into the match, Vito de Moraes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alfredinho Ribeiro. Miranga EC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vito de Moraes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. In the 73rd match minute, Sibéria FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horácio Carvalho to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Sibéria FC's Horácio Carvalho got a free kick in the 74th minute. Edson Cavani took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alfredinho Ribeiro. Alfredinho Ribeiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. 81 minutes into the match, Sibéria FC's Luiz Gustavo Santos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alfredinho Ribeiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 84th minute Edson Cavani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredinho Ribeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 85 played minutes Miranga EC got a freekick which was hit by Dadá Dantas. 87 minutes into the match, Vito de Moraes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alfredinho Ribeiro. Miranga EC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vito de Moraes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 11-0. Sibéria FC's Régis Goiano was substituted for Vito de Moraes. 92 minutes into the game, Sibéria FC's Régis Goiano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alfredinho Ribeiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 12-0.
