Minaçu Esporte Clube's Rodolfo Rodriguez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Minaçu Esporte Clube from getting a goal against them. Through an outstanding action, after 18 minutes, Rodolfo Rodriguez successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Valdir de Moraes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. Rodolfo Rodriguez was a little too slow when Luiz Adriano got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 33rd minute. The score was now 5-0. 36 minutes into the match, Valdir de Moraes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rodolfo Rodriguez. Minaçu Esporte Clube's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Valdir de Moraes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Anísio Antunes hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Rodolfo Rodriguez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Adriano in the 41st minute of play. After having played for 44 minutes, Roger Mesquita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jaraguá FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roger Mesquita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Adriano in the 59th minute of play forced Minaçu Esporte Clube's goalkeeper Rodolfo Rodriguez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodolfo Rodriguez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luiz Adriano's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. In the 74th minute, Luiz Adriano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rodolfo Rodriguez was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. Minaçu Esporte Clube's Rodolfo Rodriguez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Adriano in the 80th minute of play. Roger Mesquita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience was convinced that Luiz Adriano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rodolfo Rodriguez was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. A collision led to Jaraguá FC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Luiz Adriano hit a great ball. After 96 minutes of play, Jaraguá FC's Luiz Adriano made it 11-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rodolfo Rodriguez was left in no man's land by his defense there! There was no doubt that Jaraguá FC were the better team. Jaraguá FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
