Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Sílvio Sabóia made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute Tony de Salles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elias Pombal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 5 minutes into the match, Biriguy's goal looked a bit too open when Tony de Salles came free, but Elias Pombal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 7th minute, Willian Botelho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Tony de Salles managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maraja's supporters rose to their feet, but Tony de Salles was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elias Pombal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Biriguy booed when Maraja was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilson Coelho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Willian Botelho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Filipe Netto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Maraja's zone, Sílvio Sabóia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filipe Netto came out of the goal and Sílvio Sabóia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Elias Pombal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tony de Salles in the 19th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Tony de Salles made a precise shot to the right of Elias Pombal. Biriguy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Ramiro Vides hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 27th minute of the match Durval de Souza sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Elias Pombal skillfully saved the ball. Filipe Netto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Willian Botelho went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tony de Salles to make the kick off. If Sílvio Sabóia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 57 minutes into the game, Tony de Salles recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Elias Pombal. Tony de Salles showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Willian Botelho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 63 minutes, Tony de Salles managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maraja's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tony de Salles was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sílvio Sabóia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Elias Pombal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Betão Vergílio in the 73rd minute of the match. Elias Pombal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tony de Salles, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Maraja's Wilson Coelho got his second yellow card of the match in the 79th minute. The referee ordered Wilson Coelho off the ground. After 80 played minutes Maraja got a freekick which was hit by Wilson Coelho. In the 81st minute of the match Ramiro Vides sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Filipe Netto skillfully saved the ball. When the match clock showed 82 minutes, the score became 2-3 when João Pedro Palmeira sped through Biriguy's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Elias Pombal. João Pedro Palmeira took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elias Pombal. Elias Pombal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. Betão Vergílio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Elias Pombal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Biriguy supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Maraja's performance. The match ended with a win for Maraja.
