In the 6th minute Guto Paes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Godfredo Teodor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fiori Matos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrekur Hákonsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guto Paes in the 36th minute of play forced Discovery's goalkeeper Godfredo Teodor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 37 played minutes Discovery got a freekick which was hit by 许冰亮. João Pedro Mangueira hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Michalis Villas took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 44th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fiori Matos. Hyrol MzFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Fiori Matos made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Cristóvão Alvarenga sent off a good shot on target. After the first half Hyrol MzFC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mateus Paulista made a kick off. Felipe Restu made in the 53rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Patrekur Hákonsson. After 56 minutes, Gualter do Valle mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Discovery and the Hyrol MzFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 57th minute of the match Aníbal Berger sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Godfredo Teodor skillfully saved the ball. Gabriel Marinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Godfredo Teodor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mateus Paulista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 62nd match minute, Hyrol MzFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delfim Andrade to maneuver through the defense. Mateus Paulista recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ian Cavalcante in the 69th minute of play forced Hyrol MzFC's goalkeeper Fiori Matos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute Patrekur Hákonsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fiori Matos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fiori Matos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Doni da Silva, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Fiori Matos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrekur Hákonsson in the 78th minute of play. Discovery's Godfredo Teodor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Discovery from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Discovery's Felipe Restu got a free kick in the 83rd minute. After 86 played minutes Hyrol MzFC got a freekick which was hit by Vitinho de Lara. Mateus Paulista might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Godfredo Teodor. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mateus Paulista ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 89 minutes, Gabriel Marinho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hyrol MzFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gabriel Marinho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Godfredo Teodor made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Mateus Paulista sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ian Cavalcante in the 93rd minute of play forced Hyrol MzFC's goalkeeper Fiori Matos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th minute Ian Cavalcante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fiori Matos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Discovery supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Hyrol MzFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Hyrol MzFC.
