Aldo Baudelio might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over César Marques. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aldo Baudelio ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 17th minute, Aldo Baudelio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. César Marques was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Vágner Severo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. César Marques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Herald Van Den Eynden hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. The wind increased when Alfredo Berger made the kick off in the second half. When Olympiada FC's Alfredo Berger in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aldo Baudelio in the 68th minute of play forced Olympiada FC's goalkeeper César Marques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th minute Noé Debrie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but César Marques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, Aldo Baudelio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of César Marques. Olympiada FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aldo Baudelio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Olympiada FC's Hermínio Secco was substituted for Emanuel Hermes. 78 minutes into the game, GERSÃO FUTEBOL CLUBE's Herald Van Den Eynden nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. César Marques made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Diego do Vale kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. After having played for 84 minutes, Herald Van Den Eynden managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GERSÃO FUTEBOL CLUBE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Herald Van Den Eynden was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. César Marques came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by GERSÃO FUTEBOL CLUBE's Herald Van Den Eynden. But to his dismay, Herald Van Den Eynden quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. When Herald Van Den Eynden came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the GERSÃO FUTEBOL CLUBE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Herald Van Den Eynden couldn't finish the play. GERSÃO FUTEBOL CLUBE's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
