Mazela's Bogdan Chazen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edvard Gråberg in the 5th minute of play. Osmar Camargo's late challenge caught a Sao Paulo Leste FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edvard Gråberg in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bogdan Chazen saved Mazela from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Mazela's Osmar Camargo got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the 16thth minute of the game Edvard Gråberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mazela's Bogdan Chazen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Celsinho Cerezo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sao Paulo Leste FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Celsinho Cerezo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bogdan Chazen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Edvard Gråberg put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Bogdan Chazen. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 32nd minute, Edvard Gråberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bogdan Chazen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celsinho Cerezo in the 35th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Celsinho Cerezo made a precise shot to the right of Bogdan Chazen. Mazela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2.

Bogdan Chazen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edvard Gråberg went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Edvard Gråberg's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 54thth minute, Bogdan Chazen skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Edvard Gråberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bogdan Chazen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edvard Gråberg ran back to his position shaking his head. Through an outstanding action, after 62 minutes, Bogdan Chazen successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Bogdan Chazen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edvard Gråberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mazela's Bogdan Chazen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Mazela from getting a goal against them. Sao Paulo Leste FC were awarded a corner in the 68th minute after Mazela's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Domenico Palma took the corner. Edvard Gråberg ran back to his position shaking his head. 97 minutes into the game, Sao Paulo Leste FC's Celsinho Cerezo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bogdan Chazen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. When the final whistle sounded Sao Paulo Leste FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Mazela.
