In the 19th minute, Antropofagia FC's Luke DeGaetano ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Waldemar Quintal. Waldemar Quintal yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Ronaldão Silveira made a great header on Voyager Soccer Team's corner, it was just that Antropofagia FC's Elias Arruda managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 56th minute Emil Belu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elias Arruda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 61 minutes, Elias Arruda successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Voyager Soccer Team's Ronaldão Silveira was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Elias Arruda in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Elias Arruda came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Voyager Soccer Team's Jerzy Dropinski. But to his dismay, Jerzy Dropinski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Voyager Soccer Team had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
