In the 9th match minute, Volvimos a Boedo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santos Saturnin to maneuver through the defense. Higinio Lertxun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anibal Darien, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Esteve Cresitobalo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Higinio Lertxun firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 13th minute, Club Atlético Stravinsky's Esteve Cresitobalo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Higinio Lertxun. Higinio Lertxun yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. 16 minutes into the game, Club Atlético Stravinsky's Felipe Norino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Higinio Lertxun made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Volvimos a Boedo's Higinio Lertxun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Volvimos a Boedo from getting a goal against them. After 21 minutes of play, Club Atlético Stravinsky's Felipe Norino made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Higinio Lertxun was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Celedonio Millrick had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Esteve Cresitobalo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Higinio Lertxun made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benedicto Elazar during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Club Atlético Stravinsky getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Benedicto Elazar hit a great ball. Club Atlético Stravinsky's Teodoro Tiniebra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santos Saturnin in the 34th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Esteve Cresitobalo during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 35th minute, Esteve Cresitobalo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40th minute Celedonio Millrick shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodoro Tiniebra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felipe Norino got free with Higinio Lertxun in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Higinio Lertxun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dante Gumaro in the 48th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Celedonio Millrick to make the kick off. Higinio Lertxun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anibal Darien in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anibal Darien in the 56th minute of play forced Volvimos a Boedo's goalkeeper Higinio Lertxun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Higinio Lertxun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Esteve Cresitobalo, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. In the 61st minute, Celedonio Millrick ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Teodoro Tiniebra was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Higinio Lertxun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dante Gumaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Santos Saturnin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Club Atlético Stravinsky's Anibal Darien in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Volvimos a Boedo's goalie prevented a goal. In the 83rd minute, Felipe Norino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Higinio Lertxun was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Teodoro Tiniebra made an important save on a dangerous shot by Santos Saturnin in the 88th minute. 91 minutes into the match, Celedonio Millrick had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Teodoro Tiniebra. Club Atlético Stravinsky's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Celedonio Millrick was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. 96 minutes into the match, Volvimos a Boedo's goal looked a bit too open when Esteve Cresitobalo came free, but Higinio Lertxun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle, Club Atlético Stravinsky could leave the field as winners, despite Volvimos a Boedo having more of the ball for most of the match.
