After a rather tough play, Los Morris's Rosendo Orzaize got a free kick in the 42nd minute. If Prudencio Ramond had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adan Ralondo made a kick off. In the 52nd match minute, cfa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gogo Mendebal to maneuver through the defense. Osvaldo Cruz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 53rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lorenzo Neto. cfa's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 55 minutes into the game, Rigoberto Curcio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Lorenzo Neto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
