Saverio Ireno stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Raul Ermano's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. 7 minutes into the match, Tobantirenda AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Raul Ermano came free, but Saverio Ireno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Domingo Garcia made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Alberto Burutzagi sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raul Ermano in the 12th minute of play forced Tobantirenda AFC's goalkeeper Saverio Ireno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Saverio Ireno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raul Ermano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 16 played minutes Tobantirenda AFC got a freekick which was hit by Alvaro Gudesteo. The audience was convinced that Raul Ermano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Saverio Ireno was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Domingo Garcia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geronimo Fidencio in the 19th minute of play. After having played for 20 minutes, Lázaro Satordi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Esteco FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lázaro Satordi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Raul Ermano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saverio Ireno having to interfere. Saverio Ireno didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Raul Ermano went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Raul Ermano might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Saverio Ireno. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Raul Ermano ran back to his position shaking his head. After 35 minutes, Raul Ermano made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Tobantirenda AFC's Saverio Ireno tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Raul Ermano came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Esteco FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raul Ermano couldn't finish the play. Raul Ermano struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Saverio Ireno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Esteco FC. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carolo Chap stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Raul Ermano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 54 minutes into the match, Raul Ermano notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Tobantirenda AFC's Saverio Ireno. Saverio Ireno was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alberto Burutzagi's late challenge caught a Esteco FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alberto Burutzagi helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Tobantirenda AFC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Alberto Burutzagi hit a great ball. When Prudencio Maore fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Esteco FC's protests and gave Prudencio Maore a yellow card for diving instead. After 63 played minutes Esteco FC got a freekick which was hit by Prudencio Maore. Lázaro Satordi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saverio Ireno having to interfere. Delmiro Baumer lost his temper 70 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Jorge Martino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Saverio Ireno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd minute, Lázaro Satordi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 86 minutes, Joel Ruisko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Esteco FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joel Ruisko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lázaro Satordi ran back to his position shaking his head. Saverio Ireno was a little too slow when Prudencio Maore got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 93rd minute. The score was now 1-5. The Tobantirenda AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Esteco FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
