The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 15th minute, Jimeno Azevedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rivadavia AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Rivadavia AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Isidor came free, but Bruno Illan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Eugenio Gaspard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 1-1 became the score in the 43rd minute when Maximiliano Garin elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rivadavia AFC's goalkeeper Bruno Illan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Patricio Isidor was the one to do the kick off. Ruperto Rios recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ruperto Rios's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bruno Illan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. A collision led to Pourtalé getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Eloy Urdin hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eloy Urdin in the 66th minute of play forced Rivadavia AFC's goalkeeper Bruno Illan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pourtalé's Jonas Froylan shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 68th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Bruno Illan but with some difficulty. Bruno Illan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eloy Urdin, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. 77 minutes into the game, Gregorio Eguen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rivadavia AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pourtalé the free kick. A collision led to Rivadavia AFC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 79th minute, Jimeno Azevedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 83 minutes into the match, Pourtalé's goal looked a bit too open when Pastor Flor came free, but Rene Egun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th minute Cornelio Galo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Illan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rivadavia AFC's Bruno Illan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Rivadavia AFC from getting a goal against them. Bruno Illan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Isidor, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. 95 minutes into the match, Patricio Isidor notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Rivadavia AFC's Bruno Illan. Bruno Illan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pourtalé played a much better game than Rivadavia AFC and deserved their victory. The Rivadavia AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
