Inocencio Ferran who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 5thth minute tested the skills of Marciano Bermudo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After having played for 6 minutes, Inocencio Ferran managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pichanal FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Inocencio Ferran was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 10th minute, Haroldo Rio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Igor Birjaio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carolo Dolcet in the 12th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 17 minutes, Marciano Bermudo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 18 minutes into the match, Xanadú's goalkeeper Marciano Bermudo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Inocencio Ferran. With 21 minutes on the clock, Casimiro Osoitz commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 22nd match minute, Xanadú was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Casimiro Osoitz to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maura Castellvi in the 25th minute of play forced Xanadú's goalkeeper Marciano Bermudo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the game, Pichanal FC's Cayetano Roldan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marciano Bermudo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Marciano Bermudo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Inocencio Ferran in the 33rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cayetano Roldan got free with Marciano Bermudo in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Xanadú's Domingo Osoro got a free kick in the 45th minute.

After a rather tough play, Pichanal FC's Gildo Britto got a free kick in the 51st minute. 55 minutes into the match, Atilano Gonza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marciano Bermudo. Xanadú's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Atilano Gonza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After having played for 58 minutes, Maura Castellvi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pichanal FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maura Castellvi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 59th minute, Domingo Osoro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Cayetano Roldan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pichanal FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cayetano Roldan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marciano Bermudo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marciano Bermudo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Inocencio Ferran went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. In the 65th minute, Maura Castellvi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marciano Bermudo was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. When Felix Speight fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pichanal FC's protests and gave Felix Speight a yellow card for diving instead. In the 74th minute, Humberto Elequemedo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Igor Birjaio was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. 77 minutes into the game, Inocencio Ferran cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Marciano Bermudo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Marciano Bermudo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inocencio Ferran in the 81st minute of play. Jacinto Franco kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Marciano Bermudo came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Pichanal FC's Atilano Gonza. But to his dismay, Atilano Gonza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1.
