Christian Vela who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 15thth minute tested the skills of Leopoldo Servando when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Roman Piearres hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 20th match minute, Millonario FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ermegildo Gau to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Christian Vela managed to get in a good position for a shot. Leopoldo Servando breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Christian Vela in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leopoldo Servando prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Chilampi FC's Christian Vela managed to work through Millonario FC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Christian Vela dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Rene Bizi might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leopoldo Servando. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
