In the 35th minute Rodolfo Lluc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidio Burni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th minute, Kari Paukkunen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kari Paukkunen hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Ovidio Burni made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aaron Gonzo in the 42nd minute. Aaron Gonzo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless.
