In the 81stth minute of the game Ceferino Fagondo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Beruti AFC's Nereo Beti was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alfonso Filipo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Haritz, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Alfonso Filipo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prospero Jerrald in the 84th minute of the match. 1-6 became the score in the 85th minute when Orlando Vitin elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 90th minute Orlando Vitin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nereo Beti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 96th minute, Ancaján AFC's Ceferino Fagondo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nereo Beti. Nereo Beti yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-7. The Ancaján AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Ancaján AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
