Victoriano Muno took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 16th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Niceto Ebardo. Gero´s Team's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Esteve Ezkerra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gino Minnen in the 21st minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Muñoz FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lucio Mikelar came free, but Esteve Ezkerra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Froilan Cucao during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Gero´s Team booed when Muñoz FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Froilan Cucao didn't get a good kick on the ball. Esteve Ezkerra didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gino Minnen went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Osvaldo Argi's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Niceto Ebardo firmly grabbed it by the left post. Marcelo Cidro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Niceto Ebardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Niceto Ebardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldo Argi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Muñoz FC's Esteve Ezkerra got control of the ball when Gino Minnen tried to sneak it across the goal line. With his leg Esteve Ezkerra managed to avoid a goal in the 60thth minute, when Gero´s Team's Gino Minnen fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a little luck, Muñoz FC's Esteve Ezkerra got control of the ball when Ermegildo Filipo tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Gero´s Team booed when Muñoz FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ildefonso Atarrabi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gero´s Team's Lucio Mikelar shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 66th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Esteve Ezkerra but with some difficulty. Gero´s Team's Niceto Ebardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rigoberto Medina in the 68th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, Muñoz FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gino Minnen came free, but Esteve Ezkerra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Muñoz FC's Rigoberto Medina got his second yellow card of the match in the 70th minute. The referee ordered Rigoberto Medina off the ground. After a rather tough play, Muñoz FC's Rigoberto Medina got a free kick in the 71st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Osvaldo Argi in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Niceto Ebardo prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
