Spectators: 7097 (Terracing: 5324, Seating: 1632, VIP seats: 141) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Lorenzo Erramu kicked off to start the match. Nicolas Gonza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Isidoro Caton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 5 played minutes Iruya got a freekick which was hit by Maximino Atauri. In the 7th minute of the match Fabricio Cheche shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Isidoro Caton showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Serafin Ezkerra in the 8thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Isidoro Caton, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 10 minutes into the game, Iruya's Lorenzo Erramu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ricardo Argina made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Iruya's Isidoro Caton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabricio Cheche in the 15th minute of play. In the 25th minute Lorenzo Erramu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Argina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iruya's Isidoro Caton proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Iruya from getting a goal against them. David Tauro hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Los Forzosos de Almagro's Andres Urdaspal tried to score from far away in the 29th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The supporters of Los Forzosos de Almagro booed when Iruya was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximino Atauri didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 33rd minute, Pedro Inko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Isidoro Caton was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pedro Inko to make the kick off. Gerardo Silban's late challenge caught a Los Forzosos de Almagro's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gerardo Silban helped the player get up and apologised. Gerardo Silban hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Ricardo Argina was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Esteve Cordero. 56 minutes into the match, Iruya's goal looked a bit too open when Serafin Ezkerra came free, but Isidoro Caton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ladislao Transito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Los Forzosos de Almagro's zone, Lorenzo Erramu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ricardo Argina came out of the goal and Lorenzo Erramu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ladislao Transito scored 2-2 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ricardo Argina, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 69 played minutes Los Forzosos de Almagro got a freekick which was hit by Fabricio Cheche. Ladislao Transito blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ricardo Argina having to make a save. 73 minutes into the game, Zeledon Gonsalve threw the ball into play from the sideline. Los Forzosos de Almagro's Bonifacio Laurentzi quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Ricardo Argina made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lorenzo Erramu in the 76th minute. A hard shot 78 in the game by Lorenzo Erramu from a close distance when the talented Ricardo Argina managed to make a qualified save. Los Forzosos de Almagro's players were relieved. Ricardo Argina didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ladislao Transito went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Nicanor Tonete took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 89th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Isidoro Caton. Iruya's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After having played for 92 minutes, Ladislao Transito managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Iruya's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ladislao Transito was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ricardo Argina acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 94th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Esteve Cordero. The Los Forzosos de Almagro supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Iruya's performance. The match ended with a win for Iruya.
