Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Braulio Rubio started the match with the kick off. Braulio Rubio scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Isaac Rencio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cleto Godoy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafael Gelmiro having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rigoberto Cidro in the 14th minute of play forced Deheza's goalkeeper Isaac Rencio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maximino Polo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 19 minutes into the game, Club Atletico Juan XXIII's Rigoberto Cidro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Isaac Rencio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Club Atletico Juan XXIII's defense didn't have a chance, in the 22nd minute, when Maximino Polo scored to the left of an out of position Rafael Gelmiro, making the score, 1-2. Thanks to some nice moves Maximino Polo could shoot a difficult shot in the 28th minute, which Rafael Gelmiro however easily saved by the left post. 31 minutes into the game, Deheza's Maximino Polo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rafael Gelmiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. 35 minutes into the game, Wilfredo Salbatore was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Atletico Juan XXIII's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Deheza the free kick. Wilfredo Salbatore hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. A collision led to Club Atletico Juan XXIII getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Rigoberto Cidro hit a great ball. Maximino Polo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Maximino Polo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafael Gelmiro having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Maximino Polo was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Rigoberto Cidro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Atletico Juan XXIII's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Deheza the free kick. After 55 played minutes Club Atletico Juan XXIII got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Cidro. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximino Polo in the 61st minute of play forced Club Atletico Juan XXIII's goalkeeper Rafael Gelmiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isaac Rencio made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Braulio Rubio sent off a good shot on target. Isaac Rencio came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atletico Juan XXIII's Elvio Gartzen. But to his dismay, Elvio Gartzen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. In the 75th minute, one of Club Atletico Juan XXIII:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Club Atletico Juan XXIII. Club Atletico Juan XXIII:s Rafael Gelmiro showed great skill when he stopped Cleto Godoy:s penalty. When Deheza's Maximino Polo, in the 77th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Deheza. Gonzalo Bidun kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. If Maximino Polo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Deheza booed when Club Atletico Juan XXIII was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rigoberto Cidro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcial Rumaldo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 95th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rafael Gelmiro. Club Atletico Juan XXIII's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 96th minute Maximino Polo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael Gelmiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Club Atletico Juan XXIII were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Deheza's much stronger midfield.
