After a rather tough play, Talleres de CORDOBA's José Carlos Paulista got a free kick in the 16th minute. After 19 played minutes Membrillar FC got a freekick which was hit by Anacleto Fernandez. Talleres de CORDOBA's Daniel Satordi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Haitz in the 24th minute of play. The supporters of Membrillar FC booed when Talleres de CORDOBA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eustacio Luken didn't get a good kick on the ball. When José Carlos Paulista came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Talleres de CORDOBA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that José Carlos Paulista couldn't finish the play. Daniel Satordi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moises Mitxaut, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Daniel Satordi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustavo Lluis in the 44th minute of the match. 45 minutes into the match, Talleres de CORDOBA's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Haitz came free, but Daniel Satordi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustavo Lluis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell José Carlos Paulista to make the kick off. José Carlos Paulista scored 1-1 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Paolo Eliu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 56 minutes into the game, Talleres de CORDOBA's Urbano Odilon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Paolo Eliu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Gustavo Lluis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Daniel Satordi made a huge save. Paolo Eliu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivan Udalaitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Membrillar FC's Mario Bartoli got a free kick in the 64th minute. Benedicto Dimo hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 68th minute of the match Filomeno Beti shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Paolo Eliu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Membrillar FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Moises Mitxaut hit a great ball. Membrillar FC's Dionisio Deunoro was substituted for Delmar Eguzki. Daniel Satordi came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Membrillar FC's Paulo Haitz. But to his dismay, Paulo Haitz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Daniel Satordi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paulo Haitz's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Urbano Odilon during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Talleres de CORDOBA getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Urbano Odilon hit a great ball. Daniel Satordi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paulo Haitz in the 78th minute. Gustavo Lluis came free with the goalkeeper in the 79th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Daniel Satordi could save by the left post. Daniel Satordi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Haitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Membrillar FC were furious when Mario Bartoli was red carded, 82 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The supporters of Talleres de CORDOBA booed when Membrillar FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mario Bartoli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Membrillar FC's Eustaquio Leizarraga was substituted for Paulo Haitz. After a rather tough play, Membrillar FC's Mario Bartoli got a free kick in the 84th minute. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Membrillar FC's goalkeeper Paolo Eliu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
