After having played for 3 minutes, Benito Benet managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nemesio Nastasio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nando Sampaio having to interfere. A collision led to Euskadi FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Jaime Matro hit a great ball. After 21 played minutes, Concordia's Roque Elequemedo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nando Sampaio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Concordia reached it. Eulalio Argi made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Leonardo Clis sent off a good shot on target. Paulo Orti charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paulo Orti the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 26th match minute, Concordia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulo Orti to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 27 minutes, Leonardo Clis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sergio Geleberto in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nando Sampaio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eulalio Argi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dito Recife in the 42nd minute of play. Concordia's Eulalio Argi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benito Benet in the 44th minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Nemesio Nastasio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nando Sampaio. Euskadi FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nemesio Nastasio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dito Recife made a kick off. In the 54th minute Euskadi FC were awarded a corner. Gogo Laurin went to the cornerflag to take it. Eulalio Argi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dito Recife in the 64th minute of play. A collision led to Concordia getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Placido Claus hit a great ball. In the 68thth minute of the game Benito Benet who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Concordia's Eulalio Argi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sergio Geleberto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Nando Sampaio made a huge save. In the 75th minute, Benito Benet made a precise shot to the right of Eulalio Argi. Concordia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. If Dito Recife had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th minute Leonardo Clis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eulalio Argi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Concordia's Eulalio Argi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dito Recife in the 91st minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zeledon Amato during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Zeledon Amato kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Nemesio Nastasio, 93 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Euskadi FC had played much better football throughout.
