Filiberto Barbosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conrado Donio, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. The long shot by Celso Elixio in the 43rd minute really tested Eustacio Mendebal's skills. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dalmacio Oxarra in the 87th minute of play forced Fulton's goalkeeper Eustacio Mendebal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Conrado Donio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 100th minute Donato Nofre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filiberto Barbosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Fulton left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than La 21 Loko.
