Pablo Lauren showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Lucio Dolcet hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Estrella Negra's zone, Bartolo Abarca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ambrosio Rolado came out of the goal and Bartolo Abarca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Estrella Negra getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Alonzo Azubeli hit a great ball. 16 minutes into the game, Palomero's Bartolo Abarca nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ambrosio Rolado made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Lucio Dolcet kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Ambrosio Rolado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pablo Lauren's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. Adriana Sabino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 30 minutes into the game, Palomero's Bartolo Abarca nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ambrosio Rolado made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Nicolas Cidro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ambrosio Rolado made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. Adriana Sabino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucio Dolcet, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Ambrosio Rolado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pablo Lauren in the 76th minute of play. After some careless play in the Estrella Negra defense, Pablo Lauren kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ambrosio Rolado. The Estrella Negra fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ambrosio Rolado should have stopped the shot. In the 87th minute Tobias Iturri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ambrosio Rolado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 91st minute, Tobias Iturri left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Palomero fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-0. Palomero walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
