Enzo Xabier acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 6th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Benedicto Odon. If Moises Pedroso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A hard shot 18 in the game by Moises Pedroso from a close distance when the talented Enzo Xabier managed to make a qualified save. Tobosy's players were relieved. After a rather tough play, ElOsO FC's Americo Refugio got a free kick in the 19th minute. The audience was convinced that Valentin Atarratze's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maximino Birila was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Enzo Xabier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvaro Araoz, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Enzo Xabier stood somewhat misplaced when Moises Pedroso came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 23 minute. Moises Pedrosos short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got Enzo Xabier to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. ElOsO FC's Maximino Birila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Atarratze in the 29th minute of play. The supporters of ElOsO FC booed when Tobosy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnulfo Leizarraga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Moises Pedroso who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 35thth minute tested the skills of Enzo Xabier when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When ElOsO FC's Alvaro Araoz in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tobosy's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpected shot in the 39th minute by Alvaro Araoz got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 42 minutes into the game, Eliseo Sarracino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tobosy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ElOsO FC the free kick. A collision led to Tobosy getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Eliseo Sarracino hit a great ball. In the 45th minute, Vicente Gizon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Moises Pedroso to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Moises Pedroso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enzo Xabier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alvaro Araoz might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Enzo Xabier. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alvaro Araoz ran back to his position shaking his head. Moises Pedroso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Enzo Xabier stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alvaro Araoz's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. 60 minutes into the match, Moises Pedroso had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Enzo Xabier. Tobosy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Moises Pedroso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Moises Pedroso put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Enzo Xabier. Saturnino Firme received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Maximino Birila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to ElOsO FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Eurico Messias hit a great ball. 72 minutes into the game, Moises Pedroso cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Enzo Xabier was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 85 minutes, Alvaro Araoz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ElOsO FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alvaro Araoz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Tobosy getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Julio Dino hit a great ball. After 94 played minutes Tobosy got a freekick which was hit by Erubiel Lizardi. In the 96th minute of the match ElOsO FC got a corner. Tobosy's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ovidio James ran over to the corner to take the kick. There was no doubt that ElOsO FC were the better team. ElOsO FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
