In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Peralta's goalkeeper Isidro Gilesindo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Peralta's Saul Velasco got a free kick in the 9th minute. Eusebio Nabar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusebio Nabar in the 12th minute of play forced Peralta's goalkeeper Isidro Gilesindo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15thth minute of the game Eusebio Nabar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Peralta's Isidro Gilesindo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Melchor Mendiko fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Peralta's protests and gave Melchor Mendiko a yellow card for diving instead. Isidro Gilesindo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Eusebio Nabar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidro Gilesindo having to interfere. Isidro Gilesindo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isaias Serapio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eusebio Nabar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Isaias Serapio put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Isidro Gilesindo. 90 minutes into the match, Peralta's goal looked a bit too open when Isaias Serapio came free, but Isidro Gilesindo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
