An unexpectedly hard shot by Cipriano Oxarra in the 14th minute of play forced Aldosivi F.C's goalkeeper Eleuterio Claude to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Tiburcio Belo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gerardo Fagildo during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 21st match minute, Aldosivi F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerardo Fagildo to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the match, Cipriano Oxarra notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Aldosivi F.C's Eleuterio Claude. Eleuterio Claude was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Aldosivi F.C's Ramiro Galindo got a free kick in the 35th minute. Eleuterio Claude made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cipriano Oxarra in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cipriano Oxarra to make the kick off. With a little luck, Aldosivi F.C's Eleuterio Claude got control of the ball when Cipriano Oxarra tried to sneak it across the goal line. Justo Lopes scored 0-4 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eleuterio Claude, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 59 minutes into the game, Rumi AFC's Justo Lopes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eleuterio Claude made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cipriano Oxarra got free with Eleuterio Claude in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 67th match minute, Aldosivi F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerardo Fagildo to maneuver through the defense. 69 minutes into the game, Cipriano Oxarra recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eleuterio Claude. Cipriano Oxarra showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. In the 73rd minute, Gerardo Fagildo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eleuterio Claude made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cipriano Oxarra in the 77th minute of play. Aldosivi F.C's Eleuterio Claude proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Aldosivi F.C from getting a goal against them. Eleuterio Claude made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Cornelio Oidor sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lázaro Florin got free with Eleuterio Claude in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 82 minutes into the match, Aldosivi F.C's goalkeeper Eleuterio Claude had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cornelio Oidor. Cipriano Oxarra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eleuterio Claude having to interfere. 96 minutes into the match, Aldosivi F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Cipriano Oxarra came free, but Eleuterio Claude reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Aldosivi F.C fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Rumi AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
