Severino Oskitz made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Abelardo Ugutz sent off a good shot on target. 40 minutes into the match, Paternal's goal looked a bit too open when Epifanio Oriche came free, but Severino Oskitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abelardo Ugutz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Andrade's Aquiles Eutropio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anselmo Martxot in the 44th minute of play. Severino Oskitz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Epifanio Oriche showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 47 minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anselmo Martxot stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 58th match minute, Paternal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Narciso Ovando to maneuver through the defense. Eulalio Claude kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. In the 87th minute, Hernan Evarado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Severino Oskitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Epifanio Oriche in the 90th minute of the match. Severino Oskitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Epifanio Oriche, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andrade's Aquiles Eutropio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hernan Evarado in the 93rd minute of play. Severino Oskitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eulalio Claude, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. After 97 played minutes, Andrade's Everardo Mazuste shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Severino Oskitz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Andrade reached it. Paternal's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
