Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hermengildo Paublo to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hermengildo Paublo got free with Dalmacio Leocadio in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. los up up's Benedicto Lizer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nestor Berdaitz in the 57th minute of play. Anselmo Idacio's late challenge caught a Huelén 's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anselmo Idacio helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, los up up's Anselmo Idacio got a free kick in the 63rd minute.
