Spectators: 7214 (Terracing: 5412, Seating: 1659, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sebastian Boniel started the match with the kick off. After 2 minutes, Elechi Cero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sportivo Indacochea and the Janimas players grew even worse after the yellow card. Elechi Cero kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Zeledon Crispo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julio Tuste, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Zeledon Crispo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Boniel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 9 played minutes Sportivo Indacochea got a freekick which was hit by Maximino Basajaun. When Janimas's Julio Tuste in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sportivo Indacochea's goalie prevented a goal. In the 16th minute, Sebastian Boniel made a precise shot to the right of Zeledon Crispo. Sportivo Indacochea's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 21st minute, one of Sportivo Indacochea:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Sportivo Indacochea. When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Sebastian Boniel sped through Sportivo Indacochea's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zeledon Crispo. In the 40th minute Aureliano Pueblo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hermengildo Inocente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Manuel Christobal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 47th minute of the match, Aureliano Pueblo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Hermengildo Inocente saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Manuel Christobal was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Janimas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eustacio Alfonso to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Janimas's Dario Cayo got a free kick in the 55th minute. The supporters of Janimas booed when Sportivo Indacochea was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximino Basajaun didn't get a good kick on the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Sportivo Indacochea's Aureliano Pueblo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hermengildo Inocente narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Janimas's zone, Aureliano Pueblo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hermengildo Inocente came out of the goal and Aureliano Pueblo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gogo Gonchan hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. 83 minutes into the game, Sportivo Indacochea's Manuel Christobal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hermengildo Inocente made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. In the 87th minute, Dario Cayo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Janimas were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Sportivo Indacochea's much stronger midfield.
