Elpidio Cidro started the match with the kick off. Bonifacio Pudes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cayetano Mederi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Elpidio Cidro fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Udaquilla's protests and gave Elpidio Cidro a yellow card for diving instead. Elpidio Cidro kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. If Hernan Cedro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fernando Mateo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elpidio Cidro in the 18th minute of play. Fernando Mateo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elpidio Cidro, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 22nd minute, Manuel Santikurtz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Udaquilla's Bonifacio Pudes got control of the ball when Hernan Cedro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bonifacio Pudes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cayetano Mederi in the 34th minute of play. Raimundo Carlomagno took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 40th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fernando Mateo. Ledesma FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Fernando Mateo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elpidio Cidro's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. 44 minutes into the game, Gogo Gilesindo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Fernando Mateo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

A collision led to Udaquilla getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Baltasar Maldonado hit a great ball. Bonifacio Pudes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cayetano Mederi in the 71st minute of the match. In the 72nd minute, Romulo Eufemio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leonardo Amor's late challenge caught a Ledesma FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonardo Amor helped the player get up and apologised. In the 79th minute, one of Udaquilla:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Udaquilla. Bonifacio Pudes went to the wrong direction when Eustaquio Gizon was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. 82 minutes into the game, Raul Nicholas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fernando Mateo. Raul Nicholas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. With a little luck, Ledesma FC's Fernando Mateo got control of the ball when Elpidio Cidro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cayetano Mederi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bonifacio Pudes having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Gogo Gilesindo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elpidio Cidro struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Fernando Mateo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Udaquilla. A hard shot 94 in the game by Elpidio Cidro from a close distance when the talented Fernando Mateo managed to make a qualified save. Ledesma FC's players were relieved. Fernando Mateo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gogo Gilesindo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 95 minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Udaquilla walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
