The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albino Etxatxu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rene Rodriguez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilfredo Abastas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lisandro Cordarius stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Esteve Gutxi in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cirilo Domenec prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 55 minutes into the match, Wilfredo Abastas dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rene Rodriguez, 0-1. C.A.Virreyes's supporters rose to their feet, but Esteve Gutxi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cirilo Domenec breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Esteve Gutxi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cirilo Domenec having to make a save. Lisandro Cordarius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rene Rodriguez having to interfere. Albino Etxatxu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Rene Rodriguez made a huge save. In the 74th minute, Esteve Gutxi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 79th minute, Celso Ramirez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Esteve Gutxi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Cirilo Domenec tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. C.A.Virreyes's Rene Rodriguez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save C.A.Virreyes from getting a goal against them.
