Denis Enol was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ermegildo Sol showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 21 minute of play. Denis Enol stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Felix Mero's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Jose Gagriel kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Barcelona's goalkeeper Denis Enol had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felix Mero. Felix Mero in the 33rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Denis Enol, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Felix Mero hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Felix Mero in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Denis Enol saved Barcelona from getting behind. Hernan Omero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustacio Brun in the 46th minute of the match. 48 minutes into the game, Eustacio Brun cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Hernan Omero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Felix Mero to make the kick off. The supporters of Barcelona booed when Matorrales AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gazanfer Özcan Turbay didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermegildo Sol in the 60th minute of play forced Barcelona's goalkeeper Denis Enol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Matorrales AFC fully deserved thier win.
