Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Candido Garin kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute Alberto Orlanda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pastor Florinio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pastor Florinio came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Sarmiento AFC's Gonzalo Dei. But to his dismay, Gonzalo Dei quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Candido Garin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gabriel Guillelmo kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Gonzalo Dei scored 0-2 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pastor Florinio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 26 minutes into the match, Bermejo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Candido Garin came free, but Pastor Florinio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paolo Confesor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pastor Florinio having to interfere. After 29 played minutes Bermejo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Nereo Irrintzi. Pastor Florinio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Orlanda, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Sarmiento AFC's Fausto Umbruso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ceferino Burni in the 31st minute of play. Candido Garin took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pastor Florinio. Pastor Florinio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. After 39 played minutes Bermejo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Guillelmo. After the first half Sarmiento AFC were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ceferino Burni was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute Ceferino Burni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fausto Umbruso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fausto Umbruso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Diego Izel went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 59th minute of the game. One of Bermejo AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Sarmiento AFC:s goal. Bermejo AFC:s Pastor Florinio showed great skill when he stopped Lino Argoitz:s penalty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Candido Garin in the 65th minute of play forced Bermejo AFC's goalkeeper Pastor Florinio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Candido Garin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pastor Florinio. Bermejo AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Candido Garin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. Pastor Florinio came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Sarmiento AFC's Alberto Orlanda. But to his dismay, Alberto Orlanda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-5. Nereo Gaitano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fausto Umbruso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. If Candido Garin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute, Lino Argoitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fausto Umbruso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nicolas Nikola's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. Constantino Bartolome hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The Sarmiento AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Sarmiento AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
