In the 5th minute, Nemesio Martxot left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Barrio United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 11 minutes FC Barrio United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fabricio Marino who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Claudio Senen got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Eriberto Barbosa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a rather tough play, Londres's Timoteo Pešić got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the 14th minute of the match Cristian Nalo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ronny Byrkjeland showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Comunardo Santucci hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Londres's Ronny Byrkjeland played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nemesio Martxot in the 22nd minute of play. Comunardo Santucci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Eriberto Barbosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 28 played minutes FC Barrio United got a freekick which was hit by Fabio Kinsen. Comunardo Santucci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eriberto Barbosa having to interfere. In the 31st match minute, FC Barrio United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Placido Feliz to maneuver through the defense. After 34 minutes, Digo Couto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Barrio United and the Londres players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tiburcio Telesforo hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tobias Astigar in the 42nd minute of play forced FC Barrio United's goalkeeper Eriberto Barbosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Londres booed when FC Barrio United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolas Uhin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 46 played minutes FC Barrio United got a freekick which was hit by Nemesio Martxot. After the first half FC Barrio United were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nemesio Martxot to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 57th match minute, Londres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ildefonso Luzea to maneuver through the defense. Eriberto Barbosa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Comunardo Santucci's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. 65 minutes into the match, FC Barrio United's goal looked a bit too open when Tobias Astigar came free, but Eriberto Barbosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ronny Byrkjeland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Nalo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eriberto Barbosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio Senen in the 70th minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, FC Barrio United's goal looked a bit too open when Claudio Senen came free, but Eriberto Barbosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Nemesio Martxot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Comunardo Santucci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Timoteo Pešić lost his temper 77 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 78th minute, Timoteo Pešić hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 80 minutes into the match, FC Barrio United's goal looked a bit too open when Comunardo Santucci came free, but Eriberto Barbosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eriberto Barbosa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Comunardo Santucci's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Marcos Bernabel charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcos Bernabel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After having played for 93 minutes, Digo Couto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Barrio United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Digo Couto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Comunardo Santucci in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eriberto Barbosa saved FC Barrio United from getting behind. When the final whistle went the supporters of FC Barrio United were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Londres side.
