In the 17th match minute, Univ de Buenos Aires was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Froilan Frasco to maneuver through the defense. Ismael Johans in the 18thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Alto Saltais, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 19thth minute of the game Eduardo Chorache who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ezpeleta FC's Victorio Tulio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 29th minute of the match Aurelio Hechter sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alto Saltais skillfully saved the ball. If Eduardo Chorache had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Victorio Tulio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduardo Chorache in the 35th minute of the match. In the 38thth minute of the game Eduardo Chorache who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ezpeleta FC's Victorio Tulio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Horacio Nastasio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Victorio Tulio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ezpeleta FC's Victorio Tulio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduardo Chorache in the 53rd minute of play. Victorio Tulio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eduardo Chorache in the 59th minute. Eduardo Chorache received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. The Univ de Buenos Aires fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. In the 85th minute of the match Univ de Buenos Aires got a corner. Ezpeleta FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gao Sang Hui ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Gustavo Hondo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Victorio Tulio quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Eduardo Chorache had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Univ de Buenos Aires booed when Ezpeleta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erubiel Urti didn't get a good kick on the ball. Univ de Buenos Aires's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
