Spectators: 7125 (Terracing: 5345, Seating: 1639, VIP seats: 141) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Carolo Havier got the match started through his kick off. Clemente Amaya scored 0-1 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Agustín Orion, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Domingos Madaleno struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Agustín Orion didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ombucta. The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 9th minute, when Mosconi FC's Saturnino Beremundo after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Lucas Crescencio in Ombucta's goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. Saturnino Beremundo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 18 minutes into the game, Ombucta's Eloy Medina nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Agustín Orion made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. A collision led to Mosconi FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Eleuterio Lizbeth hit a great ball. 30 minutes into the match, Eloy Medina notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Mosconi FC's Agustín Orion. Agustín Orion was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Eloy Medina came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Ombucta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eloy Medina couldn't finish the play. Carolo Havier kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Mosconi FC defense, Clemente Amaya kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Agustín Orion. The Mosconi FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Agustín Orion should have stopped the shot. Agustín Orion showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adem Boften, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. After the first half Ombucta were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eloy Medina to make the kick off. Agustín Orion made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Eloy Medina sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clemente Amaya in the 53rd minute of play forced Mosconi FC's goalkeeper Agustín Orion to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 55th minute of the match, Clemente Amaya got a very nice opportunity to score, but Agustín Orion was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. With a little luck, Mosconi FC's Agustín Orion got control of the ball when Eloy Medina tried to sneak it across the goal line. 58 minutes into the game, Adem Boften was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ombucta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mosconi FC the free kick. In the 58th minute, Adem Boften hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 67 minutes into the game, Adem Boften recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Agustín Orion. Adem Boften showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. Mosconi FC's Agustín Orion played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eloy Medina in the 75th minute of play. Mosconi FC's Eleuterio Lizbeth managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Adem Boften in the 77 minute of the game. 78 minutes into the game, Clemente Amaya recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Agustín Orion. Clemente Amaya showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. Agustín Orion made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eloy Medina in the 81st minute. Agustín Orion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clemente Amaya in the 82nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eloy Medina got free with Agustín Orion in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Agustín Orion was a little too slow when Clemente Amaya got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 91st minute. The score was now 0-8. When the match was over Ombucta could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Mosconi FC throughout the match.
