That made the score 1-0 in the 14 minute of play. 20 minutes into the game, Miramar's Abelardo Hernando nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jacobo Eleder made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Jacobo Eleder was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Patricio Gilabert showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 23 minute of play. Nereo Firmo kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Barra's goalkeeper Jacobo Eleder, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Jaime Breogan fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Barra's protests and gave Jaime Breogan a yellow card for diving instead. In the 42nd minute, Jaime Breogan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Patricio Gilabert to make the kick off. In the 60th minute, Patricio Gilabert made a precise shot to the right of Jacobo Eleder. Barra's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bernabe Darien got free with Gilberto Martxelin in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Federico Urko fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Barra's protests and gave Federico Urko a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Miramar booed when Barra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Federico Urko didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 84th minute of the match Miramar got a corner. Barra's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Iker Mede ran over to the corner to take the kick. After a rather tough play, Miramar's Patricio Gilabert got a free kick in the 84th minute. 89 minutes into the match, Barra's Bernabe Darien sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gilberto Martxelin narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
