Spectators: 7098 (Terracing: 5325, Seating: 1632, VIP seats: 141) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Niceto Maule took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the game, Pablo Reno was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Joga Bonito FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barrancas the free kick. The supporters of Barrancas booed when Joga Bonito FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pablo Reno didn't get a good kick on the ball. Niceto Maule received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Hector Sanchez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Barrancas's Jimeno Rocendo came free and shot a quick shot against goal 13 minutes in the game, fortunately Gaudencio Figueroa had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Joga Bonito FC's Gaudencio Figueroa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Joga Bonito FC from getting a goal against them. Gaudencio Figueroa made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Jimeno Rocendo sent off a good shot on target. In the 22nd minute, Leonel Florian left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Joga Bonito FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Gaudencio Figueroa made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Jimeno Rocendo sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Joga Bonito FC's zone, Primitivo Constancio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaudencio Figueroa came out of the goal and Primitivo Constancio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niceto Maule in the 35th minute of play forced Barrancas's goalkeeper Hector Sanchez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Niceto Maule had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Leonel Florian put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Hector Sanchez. Jimeno Rocendo hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Primitivo Constancio to make the kick off. Jimeno Rocendo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Gaudencio Figueroa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gaudencio Figueroa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Primitivo Constancio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 60 played minutes Joga Bonito FC got a freekick which was hit by Rodrigo Sarracino. Leonel Florian could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Hector Sanchez made a huge save. Gaudencio Maurino hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 74th match minute, Joga Bonito FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaudencio Maurino to maneuver through the defense. Primitivo Constancio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaudencio Figueroa having to interfere. Niceto Maule recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leonel Florian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hector Sanchez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niceto Maule, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Primitivo Constancio came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Barrancas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Primitivo Constancio couldn't finish the play. Pablo Reno got his second yellow card in the match during the 95th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 96th minute, Pablo Reno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joga Bonito FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
