San Isidro Jrs B's Celso Vargas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Octavio Isidor in the 9th minute of play. Ronaldinho Simões sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 39 minutes into the match, Orlando Tonete had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Guillermo Ignazio. Sapitos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Orlando Tonete was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. The Sapitos fans' excitement grew in the 42nd match minute when Sapitos's 贺光洲 looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After the first half Sapitos were leading 3-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. 贺光洲 was the one to do the kick off. Ronaldinho Simões recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 53 minutes into the match, San Isidro Jrs B's goalkeeper Celso Vargas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Blas Cordeal. Guillermo Ignazio came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by San Isidro Jrs B's Ronaldinho Simões. But to his dismay, Ronaldinho Simões quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-4. 59 minutes into the game, 贺光洲 recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Celso Vargas. 贺光洲 showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-5. Celso Vargas made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when 贺光洲 sent off a good shot on target. Guillermo Ignazio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldinho Simões in the 64th minute of play. Guillermo Ignazio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eriberto Kinsen in the 68th minute of the match. With a little luck, San Isidro Jrs B's Celso Vargas got control of the ball when Blas Cordeal tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 75th minute, Orlando Tonete ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Guillermo Ignazio was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-5. Blas Cordeal kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Imran Køngved hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 83rd minute Ronaldinho Simões shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guillermo Ignazio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Celso Vargas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Blas Cordeal in the 86th minute of the match. In the 88th minute, San Isidro Jrs B's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Blas Cordeal fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. San Isidro Jrs B's Celso Vargas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Blas Cordeal in the 90th minute of play. After 91 minutes, Romulo Guib mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the San Isidro Jrs B and the Sapitos players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sapitos's Hilario Anaya was substituted for Blas Cordeal. In the 92nd match minute, San Isidro Jrs B was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romulo Guib to maneuver through the defense. Octavio Isidor who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 96thth minute tested the skills of Celso Vargas when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Sapitos players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
