Edgardo Truylos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florencio Florian in the 71st minute of play. With a little luck, Monserrat's Guido Guib got control of the ball when Elpidio Ieltxu tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Monserrat's Elias Raphael got a free kick in the 81st minute. Cristian Lapurdi hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. There was no doubt that Monserrat were the better team. Monserrat's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
