Spectators: 6774 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1633, VIP seats: 141) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Angelino Policarpio took the kick off in the first half of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gaston Frantzes in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Melchor Peli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Angelo Tab sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Palermo's Cristian Olando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bonifacio Pio in the 12th minute of play. If Roman Ciborek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bonifacio Pio in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristian Olando saved Palermo from getting behind. In the 25th minute Bonifacio Pio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Olando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 29 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for MATADOR DE VICTORIA! When Angelino Policarpio came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the MATADOR DE VICTORIA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angelino Policarpio couldn't finish the play. Cristian Olando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bonifacio Pio in the 36th minute of the match. Bonifacio Pio took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cristian Olando. Cristian Olando dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Roman Ciborek was the one to do the kick off. Melchor Peli came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Palermo's Roman Ciborek. But to his dismay, Roman Ciborek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Angelino Policarpio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cristian Olando came out and tried to block the shot, but Angelino Policarpio slotted it home off the left post making it 3-3 in the 62nd minute. Roman Ciborek scored 4-3 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Melchor Peli, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cristian Olando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelino Policarpio in the 71st minute of play. Bonifacio Pio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristian Olando read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. When Gogo Koldo fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Palermo's protests and gave Gogo Koldo a yellow card for diving instead. Gogo Koldo hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in MATADOR DE VICTORIA's zone, Roman Ciborek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Melchor Peli came out of the goal and Roman Ciborek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Melchor Peli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaston Frantzes, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. The Palermo fans' excitement grew in the 81st match minute when Palermo's Roman Ciborek looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 85 minutes into the match, Palermo's goalkeeper Cristian Olando had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bonifacio Pio. 89 minutes into the match, Gaston Frantzes notched a goal, 6-3, to the right of MATADOR DE VICTORIA's Melchor Peli. Melchor Peli was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bonifacio Pio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Cristian Olando made a huge save. Gaston Frantzes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melchor Peli having to interfere. Roman Ciborek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 99th match minute, Palermo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaston Frantzes to maneuver through the defense. Palermo's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
