The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Guillelme in the 36th minute of play forced Atlas FC's goalkeeper Mariano Gauargi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Atlas FC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Maximino Montxo made the kick off in the second half. Mariano Gauargi didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 52nd minute, which inside left pole to 0-4. Mariano Gauargi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximino Montxo in the 58th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Joel Guillelme's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mariano Gauargi was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. In the 94th minute, Joel Guillelme reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mariano Gauargi. The goal made the score 0-10.
