Anselmo Norino who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 21stth minute tested the skills of Carlos Assunção when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 24th minute, Anselmo Norino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 26th match minute, rolo team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gian-Carlo Arriaga to maneuver through the defense. 27 minutes into the match, rolo team's goalkeeper Carlos Assunção had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anselmo Norino. The audience was convinced that Florentino Quinito's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tomas Polentzi was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Florentino Quinito in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tomas Polentzi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Esteve Vela came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the rolo team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Esteve Vela couldn't finish the play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anselmo Ruisko to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Anselmo Norino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tomas Polentzi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Florentino Quinito in the 71st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Membrillar FC's zone, Sebastian George stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tomas Polentzi came out of the goal and Sebastian George tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 74th minute of the match Sebastian George shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tomas Polentzi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 78 played minutes Membrillar FC got a freekick which was hit by Cornelio Honrio. rolo team's Carlos Assunção played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anselmo Norino in the 89th minute of play. In the 94th minute Anselmo Ruisko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Assunção saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 95 minutes into the match, rolo team's goal looked a bit too open when Anselmo Norino came free, but Carlos Assunção reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96th minute, Ricardo Paiva got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the rolo team players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Membrillar FC.
