Genaro Esiquio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but German Brais read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. El Rana were awarded a corner in the 10th minute after Sin Contrato FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Primitivo Arnas took the corner. Maximiliano Kaxen scored 0-1 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Serafin Indalecio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in El Rana's zone, Roque Favila stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Serafin Indalecio came out of the goal and Roque Favila tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 24 minutes of play, Sin Contrato FC's Benicio James made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Serafin Indalecio was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Genaro Esiquio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30th minute, Roque Favila left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sin Contrato FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. 33 minutes into the match, Roque Favila had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Serafin Indalecio. El Rana's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Roque Favila was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Roque Favila scored 0-5 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Serafin Indalecio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Urbano Basajaun got the opportunity to take care of a free kick, it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball hit the crossbar and flew out of bounds. El Rana's Serafin Indalecio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiliano Kaxen in the 46th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Urbano Basajaun was the one to do the kick off. Moises Misael charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Moises Misael the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 56th minute, Urbano Basajaun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rogelio Honesto charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rogelio Honesto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Serafin Indalecio was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Roque Favila showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 67 minute of play. Serafin Indalecio made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Benicio James sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in El Rana's zone, Benicio James stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Serafin Indalecio came out of the goal and Benicio James tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, El Rana's Orlando Jokin got a free kick in the 78th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victorino Hitz in the 79th minute of play forced El Rana's goalkeeper Serafin Indalecio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th minute, Urbano Basajaun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 87 minutes into the match, Sin Contrato FC's goal looked a bit too open when Genaro Esiquio came free, but German Brais reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 90 minutes, Benicio James managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sin Contrato FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benicio James was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to El Rana getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Uriel Pelayo hit a great ball. In the 96th match minute, El Rana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rogelio Honesto to maneuver through the defense. Sin Contrato FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
