When Anacleto Leoiar fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Saucecito's protests and gave Anacleto Leoiar a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Saucecito getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Zacarias Primo took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Esteban Chico. Esteban Chico dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Marcial Iturri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Astor Basualdo's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. Ranquilcó AFC's Esteban Chico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Astor Maureo in the 88th minute of play. In the 92nd match minute, Saucecito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zacarias Primo to maneuver through the defense. After 96 played minutes Ranquilcó AFC got a freekick which was hit by Pascual Rumaldo. Ranquilcó AFC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
