Ramiro Rius was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Niceto Javiero. After having played for 18 minutes, Elvio Guzman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ramiro Rius was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Iker Leocadio hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. If Anibal Ruisko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 68th minute Simon Ugaitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gregorio Cordaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Estudiantes de Concordia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Niedo FC the free kick. Niceto Javiero hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Estudiantes de Concordia had played much better football throughout.
