In the 32nd minute, one of Churriaca AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Churriaca AFC. In the 40th minute, Guillermo Loco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Melquiades Locaio came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the BanfieldTuTe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Melquiades Locaio couldn't finish the play. The supporters of BanfieldTuTe booed when Churriaca AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severiano Hurko didn't get a good kick on the ball. BanfieldTuTe's Ceferino Llin got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Melquiades Locaio was the one to do the kick off. In the 84th minute, Norberto Oto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 87 played minutes Churriaca AFC got a freekick which was hit by Eriberto Estebano. After 91 minutes, Ceferino Llin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BanfieldTuTe and the Churriaca AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Churriaca AFC booed when BanfieldTuTe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ceferino Llin didn't get a good kick on the ball. BanfieldTuTe played a much better game than Churriaca AFC and deserved their victory. The Churriaca AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
