Moreno's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cecilio Cordaryal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Moreno's Rene Casomiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clemente Ereinotz in the 54th minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Skate or die's goalkeeper Sergio Raymond had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cecilio Cordaryal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Celso Urki in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sergio Raymond prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Moreno booed when Skate or die was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaspar Gorbea didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 74th minute Celso Urki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergio Raymond saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
