Tiburcio Gaztea struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Inocencio Quico didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Madariaga AFC. Madariaga AFC's Bernabe Orkatz got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 40 minutes, Tiburcio Gaztea made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Macapillo's Inocencio Quico tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.

In the 51st minute, Hernan Soter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Macapillo's zone, Tiburcio Gaztea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Inocencio Quico came out of the goal and Tiburcio Gaztea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Inocencio Quico was out of position in the 54 minute of play, and Tiburcio Gaztea capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tiburcio Gaztea really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. Madariaga AFC's Luisito Vachon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severiano Oton in the 57th minute of play. Luisito Vachon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severiano Oton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Macapillo booed when Madariaga AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulino Oliverios didn't get a good kick on the ball. Evelio Medero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luisito Vachon having to interfere. Tiburcio Gaztea scored 0-4 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Inocencio Quico, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 85th minute, Tiburcio Gaztea ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Inocencio Quico was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Inocencio Quico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernabe Orkatz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
