Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Albino Vincente made the kick off and thus started the match. Danilo Iratzeder received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Damaso Arnau came out and tried to block the shot, but Danilo Iratzeder slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 6th minute. Omar Vigil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Marco Burni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marco Burni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albino Vincente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dionisio Heriberto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Victoria FC's Damaso Arnau proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Victoria FC from getting a goal against them. Marco Burni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Omar Vigil in the 31st minute of play. In the 39th minute of the match Anacleto Leheren sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Damaso Arnau skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, Victoria FC's Eduardo Cheche got a free kick in the 40th minute. Marco Burni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omar Vigil in the 44th minute of the match. Delmar Chorache fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damaso Arnau having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dionisio Heriberto to make the kick off. Dionisio Heriberto scored 2-0 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Damaso Arnau, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Omar Vigil took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marco Burni. Marco Burni dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. If Delmar Chorache had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Damaso Arnau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dionisio Heriberto in the 78th minute of play. Damaso Arnau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delmar Chorache in the 80th minute of the match. Dionisio Heriberto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damaso Arnau having to interfere. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Victoria FC's goalkeeper Damaso Arnau, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Victoria FC's Omar Vigil got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dionisio Heriberto in the 98th minute of play forced Victoria FC's goalkeeper Damaso Arnau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ostende walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
